Starting March 2026, users can now cancel their Static IP subscriptions at any time via their Subscription Management page (must be logged in to see this page).

How To Cancel A Static IP Subscription

1. Locate the Static IP subscription from the list 
2. Click the Cancel Subscription button in the top right corner
3. Press the Cancel Subscription button on the next page 
4. Enter the cancellation reason as requested
5. Press Yes Cancel
6. Cancellation confirmation page will be seen

If you are looking to cancel, but simply need a break, consider pausing your subscription instead.
